In addition, the Company's Audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements and Management Discussion & Analysis for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 have been filed on SEDAR and as a Form 6-K on EDGAR, and posted on the Northern Dynasty website.
The Company also advises that its Audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016, included in the Company's Form 6-K, contained an audit report from its independent registered public accounting firm that includes a going concern emphasis of matter.
